upgrades.
"It's a pretty small percentage of customers on NT 4.0, less than 20 percent. But the vast majority of customers will move by the end of this year." This is good news, especially for network administrators. NT4 is an old (very old actually) OS, that gives big headaches in terms of administration (missing Group Policy is one of the most problematic in my opinion).
